Profile
I joined the Centre for Evaluation and Methods in September 2019 to begin my PhD investigating the sample size of pilot and feasibility trials. I have been awarded Barts charity funding for my PhD and Professor Sandra Eldridge, Professor Gillian Lancaster & Dr Clare Robinson are supervising me. I am interested in clinical trial methodology and the effective communication of statistics. I am a fellow of the higher education academy (FHEA), a member of the NIHR Improving Statistical Literacy research group and a member of the Pilot and Feasibility Studies research group.
Prior to joining QMUL I was a trial statistician at King’s College London where I worked on several trials and registry studies of chronic conditions such as cerebral palsy, cancer and peripheral artery disease. I taught medical students and NHS professionals about medical statistics and experimental design.
