Profile

I am a qualitative Research Assistant for ActEarly Consortium based at the Centre for Public Health & Policy, Wolfson Institute of Population Health. ActEarly focuses on early life changes to improve the health and opportunities for children living in areas with high levels of child poverty; Bradford, West Yorkshire and Tower Hamlets, London (https://actearly.org.uk/). My current work covers a variety of topics including the mapping of community food assets, developing measures of overcrowding, and an evaluation of the ActEarly whole-systems approach. I received an MSc in Health Psychology from UCL in 2019, and my previous research working with UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health and UCL Institute of Epidemiology and Healthcare has focussed on working with vulnerable populations to tackle health inequities, including supporting projects about people in prison, pregnant women, and children with neurodevelopmental conditions.
