I am a behavioural scientist by background. My PhD focused on how and why attributes of cancer detection tests influence experiences and uptake among socioeconomically deprived groups. This included exploring how emerging blood and breath-based cancer detection tests might influence participation. I also have research experience measuring preferences for lung cancer screening decisions. I previously worked at Public Health England on projects exploring barriers and facilitators to Covid-19 vaccination and testing.
