Develop a research-led approach to the study of Global Public Health and Policy and gain the key research skills you will need if you want to go on to apply for doctoral-level study.

Mental Health: Cultural Psychology and Psychiatry MRes

This MRes is for you if you’re interested in understanding the impact of socio-cultural factors on mental health and mental health care.

Mental Health: Psychological Therapies MRes

This MRes is for you if you’re interested in exploring the role of different contexts in how we interpret and deal with complex mental health issues.

Social Science Enquiry in Creative Arts and Mental Health MRes

This MRes is for you if you’re interested in researching the role of the creative arts in mental health, as a tool for advancing knowledge in critical mental health, as therapeutic and preventive interventions and for education of professionals.

Intercalated Degrees

If you’re already studying for a medical or dental degree, this is your chance to achieve an additional degree in just one year and develop an evidence base from which to advocate on behalf of your patients. Choose from either an intercalated BSc or MSc.
