Hybrid Conferencing
TaPRA 2026 is a hybrid conference, and we’re pleased to be able to welcome delegates both in person and online. Most of the academic programme will be available in both formats, giving participants greater flexibility in how they join us.
While we expect most delegates to attend TaPRA 2026 in person, some presenters and guests will be joining us online. Most panels will therefore be hybrid.
A small number of sessions—including workshops and sessions taking place in performance spaces—will be in person only, due to their format and location. The performance programme, social events and TaPRA Gallery can only be experienced in person.
Online Participation
All online Working Group sessions and General Panels will take place via Microsoft Teams. If you are presenting or attending online, we recommend downloading Microsoft Teams in advance and signing in with a Microsoft Teams account to help ensure the best possible experience.
Plenary sessions will take place via Zoom.
You can access all hybrid sessions through the online programme by clicking the “online link” at the top right of each session listing.
Please note that any panels listed as taking place in Rehearsal Room 2 or the Pinter Studio will be in person only.

Training and technical guidance have been provided to all Working Group Convenors, Conference Team members, and General Panel Chairs.
If you are presenting online and need any support, please contact your Working Group Convenor or General Panel Chair in the first instance. If you have any difficulty reaching them, please don’t hesitate to contact the Conference Team.
