| Check with the supplier if they can deliver the goods using one of Queen Mary's preferred courier companies. If not, you will need to contact Norman Logistics to do the customs clearance on your behalf. 1. The supplier - if they are a UK registered company and can provide you a DDP quote (Delivered Duty Paid) 2. Courier Companies - if the goods can be shipped using one of the preferred couriers like DHL, Parcelforce or Fedex 3. Customs Agent - MartinTrux (EU) & Norman Logistics (rest of the world) are the appointed customs agent for Queen Mary.
