Submitting papers to Senate

Individuals wishing to raise an item for discussion should inform Jane Pallant, Director of Governance and Legal Services, or Yasmin Smits, Executive Officer (Governance), at least 1 month before the Senate meeting so that we can make sure Senate is the appropriate body to consider the matter. It might be that one of the subcommittees is better placed to have an in-depth discussion on the matter and then able to make recommendations to Senate for consideration.
