Submitting papers to Senate

Individuals wishing to raise an item for discussion should inform Jane Pallant, Director of Governance and Legal Services, or Kaya Wiles, Executive Officer (Governance), at least 1 month before the Senate meeting so that we can make sure Senate is the appropriate body to consider the matter. It might be that one of the sub-boards is better placed to have an in-depth discussion on the matter and then able to make recommendations to Senate for consideration.
