Secondment Policy

Queen Mary has a formal policy in relation to secondments (into QM, out of QM or within QM) which is available here: Secondment Policy v2.7 [PDF 131KB]

The policy requires formal secondment agreements to be signed with partner organisations where a member of staff moves out of, or into, Queen Mary.  Template agreements have been drafted, as follows, which should be discussed with the HR Partner for the area before any commitments are made.
