An Evening with the Board: Computer-Implemented Inventions on Appeal at the EPO

We are delighted to be hosting EPO Board 3.5.01 – the technical board of appeal responsible for examining appeals in fields of computing and computer-implemented inventions. The board will be presenting on some recent case law developments and touching on the differences between the EPO and UK approaches when examining software cases. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions from the floor.
