Please note that this event is open to Queen Mary staff and students only. 

PhD students and staff working in arbitration and international commercial law are planning a series of work in progress seminars. On 28 February, Mary Mitsi will talk about 'Precedent in the Decision Making of Investment Arbitrators' and Gloria Alvarez will present 'The Functioning of EU Law in Investment Arbitration'.
