Dr Davor Jancic cited by Advocate General Medina of the European Court of Justice
Dr Davor Jancic’s research on the European Parliament and EU development cooperation policy, was cited in the Opinion delivered by Advocate General Laila Medina on 9 February 2023 in the European Court of Justice Case C‑15/22 RF v Finanzamt G. This is a request for a preliminary ruling from the Bundesfinanzhof, Germany’s Federal Finance Court.
