I draw in my doctoral dissertation upon philosophies of law and legal doctrine to critique the ‘rule of law’ under EU law on EU external borders.
Biography
I am a doctoral student in the School of Law at Queen Mary University of London. I am supervised by Professor Violeta Moreno-Lax and Professor Mario Mendez. I am supported by a Principal’s Studentship from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Queen Mary University of London.
I hold an LLM degree in European Law from the University of Edinburgh. I also have an MA degree in European Studies from the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen and a BA degree in History from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.
I have experience working on immigration law in the UK and the EU.
