AskQM Frontline Enquiry Team
The AskQM Frontline Enquiry Team is the first line of support for students at Queen Mary University of London. As well as supporting students online with general queries via the new student enquiry management system, AskQM, we also provide an in-person and telephone service for our students.
The Frontline Enquriy Team can support you with general enquiries. If you visit us or call us, we will review your query and may raise an enquiry on AskQM on your behalf with a specialist team who are best placed to resolve your issue. You will then be able to log-in to AskQM and track the enquiry until resolution.
To learn more about AskQM and how you can use it to find out answers to your questions fast, please see our AskQM information page.
