Third party submissions
The Student Enquiry Centre is able to submit a range of graduate documents to third parties on your behalf, this page will guide you on the process.
Throughout your studies and beyond into your professional career, you may be asked to enquire with us about how your documents may be sent onto another institution, organisation or employer.
The AskQM Frontline Team, on behalf of Registry Services within Queen Mary is able to fulfil this for you, and are able to confirm a range of details as additional wording; should this be required as some outlined processes below may specify. All third party submissions would need to be paid for via the QMUL Eshop, but please note, we are not able to submit a degree certificate on your behalf, as there may only be one in circulation at any one time.
Please be advised, you must be awarded to receive an award letter, final transcript or graduate documentation more broadly. If you are not eligible for this, your order may be refunded for you.
Process guidance
From the drop down tabs below, you are able to see established third party submissions we frequently make through the AskQM Frontline Team.
This list is not exhaustive and we are happy to make external submissions outside of these, but they can provide insight into how our submissions work, information we may need to complete this for you, and how to provide us with supplementary documents that may need to act as a cover letter to the submission.
