Criteria:

1. Sustained and regular commitment over a minimum of one semester
2. Completed up to 20 hours of team-based project work
3. Attend compulsory skills sessions and visits where indicated by the programme coordinator or staff project lead
4. Contribution to a team report (up to 1000 words) on the project and its outcomes submitted on QM Plus
5. Contribution to a 10-minute team presentation on the project and its outcomes
