Has offered speaking practice sessions in their own language for language learners (QM students and staff) and thereby developed coaching, communication and organisational skills, as well as empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Criteria:
  1. Has attended volunteers training session.
  2. Has offered at least one weekly 30-minute slot over at least one semester.
  3. Has delivered at least five speaking practice sessions for learners.
