qLegal Client Manager

Acted as a central point between qLegal’s clients, Student Advisers, staff and external lawyers. Took preliminary calls from 10+ clients, prepared case summaries and reviewed and gave written feedback on draft advice letters.

Criteria:

1. Attend qLegal Induction Day and specific staff training on engaging with clients & managing client cases
2. Engage with at least 10 prospective clients, producing case summaries for student advisers
3. Review and provide written feedback to qLegal Student Advisers on at least 7 first drafts of advice letters.
