Awarded to a student group committee member who has used critical and creative thinking to address challenges that their student group has faced within the academic year.

Criteria:

1: Hold a position on a Students' Union affiliated student group
2: Attended any compulsory training necessary for their role (if applicable)
3: Nominated by peers for the award
4: Award winner selected by a panel, including student representatives
Open to: All students across QMUL
Year of 1st HEAR Recognition: 2020/21
