Celebrate University Mental Health Day with Us!

Join us on 14th March from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Library Square for a fun and interactive event to mark University Mental Health Day! Whether you're looking for information, ways to de-stress, or just want to connect with others, we have something for you.
Activities:
- Mental Health Treasure Hunt: Explore Mile End campus while following clues, gathering information, and decoding a puzzle.
- Freebies Galore: Grab some delicious treats.
- Positive Affirmation Station: Share positivity by picking a pre-written affirmation, or write your own and add it to our growing collection.
- Let's Talk Booth: Need someone to listen? Our friendly volunteers are here to offer a safe space to talk about anything that's on your mind.
- Wellness Trail: Unleash your creativity with plant pot painting, photo frame decoration, and door hanger design. ️
- Mindfulness Practice: Take a moment to relax and de-stress with guided mindfulness activities.
Share Your Thoughts:
