Exam season can be a stressful time, so don’t forget to take breaks and look after your wellbeing.

The University and the Students’ Union are here to support you during revision time. Find more resources and events on the Students’ Union’s Study Well page.

There is lots going on across campus during Study Well: drop-ins and workshops to help you study and revise efficiently, along with free drink and food giveaways to help you relax and take a breather.

It's dark outside, work is piling up, and you're stressed about exams and coursework? Join this bite-sized webinar to find out about the online tools we have available for you to beat the winter blues and master your revision and coursework plans.

Throughout December and January:

Check out our Study Well info table in the Mile End library foyer. Stock up on info materials to support your wellbeing while studying, mindful colouring activities, and maybe a freebie or two.

Thursday 8 January and 15 January 12-2pm:

Hot meal giveaway! Take a break from your studies and grab a hot meal in Library Square. First come first served, until we run out.

Thursday 22 January 11am-1pm:

Hot drink and cookies giveaway! Take a break from your studies and grab a hot drink and a cookie in QM Social. First come first served, until we run out.
