Service Description
IT Services manages a mobile phone contract for the University. We have a favorable contract with the Vodafone network.
ITS will provide setup of your department's initial account and your department will be responsible for the monthly payment of bills
Tablets and mobile phones are ordered through ITS from a limited range of cost-effective options. The School/Institute/Directorate must approve the item and cover the full cost, including recurring charges for mobile data, international roaming, and voice calls.
Available Wi-Fi is expected to be used wherever possible to avoid above charges. Support and advice for the equipment and any queries relating to billing should be directed to Vodafone. ITS will provide the appropriate contact details.
