Lab Archives

Lab Archives

Lab Archives is an Electronic Notebook solution used by the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry (FMD) to collate the work of researchers and postgraduate researchers (PGRs).

 How to Request the Service

All staff and PGRs from FMD should have automatically enabled access to Lab Archives using their Queen Mary credentials.

If taught students or PGR students from other faculties require access then this needs to be requested by an academic/staff member in FMD.

Issues requesting access
Should FMD staff and PGRs have difficulties accessing the system they are directed to contact the key contact listed below for their Institute, who will then escalate the request to IT Services if technical support is required.

Accessing the service
Follow this link (https://uk-mynotebook.labarchives.com/), select the drop down ‘Queen Mary University of London’, and use your Queen Mary log in credentials to access Lab Archives. You will be prompted to use Single Sign on to access.

Cost
Free to staff and PGRs within FMD.

Support details
Research Managers from each Institute should be contacted by users in the first instance for support. These are:

  • Blizard: Carlos De Oliveira
  • WIPH: Victoria Kemp
  • WHRI: Agatha Ojugo and Jonathan Ho
  • IOD: Aneesh Chandran
  • BCI: Agatha Ojugo

If users are experiencing technical difficulties which Institute key contacts cannot resolve, then support is to be requested by raising tickets with the ITS Service Desk (https://www.its.qmul.ac.uk/).
