Service Description: A new online appraisal form for all staff will be available by summer 2014.MyHRappraisal is the same appraisal process as always, but using a secure online form instead of paper. Appraisal is about reflection and planning and as such, the MyHRappraisal form can be used before appraisal meetings, after appraisal meetings and can even be populated and shared with your appraiser throughout the year if needed.
We have created MyHRappraisal to support the appraisal process that enables the right things to happen in the right order for you. The populating, updating and sharing of the form is not a fixed process, but fluid between appraisee and appraiser. You are able to return to the form at any time throughout the year and also record notes and attach files in a dedicated section that will be stored in a single place, providing easy and secure access via the Internet.
