How to Purchase IT Equipment

Using e-marketplace : Please note, only colleagues with ‘buyer’ permissions in Agresso can access the e-marketplace. We advise working with local administration / finance staff to place orders. Laptops & Mobile Devices

ITS fund up to £1300 per device per staff member. The additional is funded locally by departments and will require departmental approval.

If a second device is required this is to be funded locally.

Hardware Procurement and Disposal

Laptop Docks including DELL Hub monitor and standard USB-C

Provided per desk as standard.

If additional are required, these are to be locally funded by departments and will require departmental approval. 

ITS can support with sourcing a replacement of these items if lost or broken. Raise a ‘General Request’ form within Service Now.

Other laptop chargers are available via E-Marketplace (Agresso).
