IT Equipment Lifecycle
Tech Amnesty - Sustainable Disposal Sites
IT Services have introduced a Tech Amnesty, which allows staff members across Queen Mary to hand in any IT equipment that is no longer required. All equipment received will then be either repurposed or collected for processing by our recycling partner.
The locations shown in the table below are now available for Queen Mary staff members to take along their unwanted IT equipment. Items can be dropped off during the appropriate opening times, without a ticket being raised, but please ensure laptops, desktops and external storage devices are handed directly to a member of IT Services as these will need to remain secure.
If there are items which require collection from other locations, please raise a Service Desk ticket.
