How will confidential waste and shredding be managed?
The Copyshop used to have two confidential waste bins which we understand colleagues used to dispose of confidential waste. In addition to these bins, there are bins at the following locations which colleagues can continue to use.
• Mile End Campus: Principal’s Office, Computer Science Building, Fogg Building, Mathematical Sciences Building, Joseph Priestly Building, Graduate Centre
• Charterhouse Square Campus: Wolfson Building, VP Health Office
• Whitechapel Campus: Garrod Building, London Hospital Room 1.10
Each department is responsible for raising orders directly with Queen Mary’s supplier for confidential waste, G&M, for collection. Estates and Facilities manage this service for DeptW. More details about G&M can be found here: https://gandmservicesltd.co.uk/
