Staff member's line manager needs to fill out AskQM form via this link https://qmul.tfaforms.net/523

Step 2

Once the form is open, select sub-category "MySIS / SITS Access"

Step 3

Fill out the remaining fields within the form.

You should receive a confirmation email with a reference number. Once the access has been granted you will receive a confirmation via email.
