5320 and later Handset - Roaming Extension Login / Logout Procedure
A “roaming extension” phone is easily identified by the ‘LOCKED’ message at the top of the display.
In this state, the phone can only be used to make pre-defined emergency calls. It cannot make or receive standard calls. |

To Login with your personal Roaming Extension, click the Hot Desk button, followed by the Login button. |

You will be prompted to enter your extension number. |

Using the numerical keypad, enter your extension number. |
|
Press the OK button. You’ll be prompted to enter your PIN. |
|
Enter your PIN. It will be blanked out with asterisks for security purposes. |
|
Press OK. You’ll see a login confirmation prompt if your details were validated, else you’ll see a login failure prompt and you’ll need to re-enter your details. |

You’ve now successfully logged into a phone with your personal Roaming Extension. |
|
If you need to logout, press the Logout button. You’ll be prompted for confirmation, press the Logout button again. |
|
You’ll see a logout confirmation message and the handset will return to the state at the start of this procedure, ready for the next person to login to. |
