Relevant Training

Due to the sensitivity of much of Queen Mary’s research, please ensure that you undertake the following training: 

  • (Mandatory) Cybersecurity and GDPR Training, available via QMUL CPD Platform. FMD colleagues who are NHS staff can upload their NHS information security training certification onto the QMUL CPD platform as a recognised equivalent of the QMUL Cyber Security and GDPR training. 
  • The Information Storage Matrix, available via the QMUL CPD Platform.

If your research requires you to be affiliated with a NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT), we ask that you please complete any additional training required by the relevant FMD DSPT that you are using to keep your research data safe and secure.
