Get access to Canto
All Queen Mary staff members should have 'Standard User' access to Canto. A small handful of communications professionals at the University should have 'Contributor' access.
Standard User access
All Queen Mary staff members should have 'Standard User' access to Canto. Depending on when you started working at the University, you may or may not have automatic access.
Joined before August 2023
If you started working at Queen Mary before August 2023, you should automatically have access to the platform using your Queen Mary login details. If you are struggling to access the platform, get in touch with ITS.
Joined after August 2023
If you started working at Queen Mary after August 2023, your line manager will need to request access 'Standard User' access for you. They can request this by contacting ITS.
Contributor access
Communications professional at the University will need 'Contributor' access, as this gives you permission to upload content to the platform. If you think you should have 'Contributor' access, please get in touch with Content and Brand.
