What can you use Canto for?
Searching and downloading images
Canto images will have a description, keywords and tags, making it easier to search for the images you need. You can download any image from Canto for use on Queen Mary materials and channels. There are a variety of tools to adjust images before downloading, these include -
- cropping
- file size compression
- resizing
You can also use our download presets when you need an image for a particular purpose, such as a T4 content type or to use on Queen Mary's social media platforms.
Sharing images
You can share directly to a variety of Queen Mary platforms, including Sharepoint, OneDrive, Twitter and Facebook. You can also share an image, album or favourites collection externally by creating a URL link.
Creating branded resources
Canto will hold Queen Mary brand tools such as style guides, logos and templates to support you with creating branded materials.

If you have any suggestions for images, or you have high-quality, copyright-cleared and credited Queen Mary digital assets you would like to share on Canto, please get in touch with us via our request form.
