The Events and Ceremonies Team organises and delivers of key Queen Mary events. These include inaugural lectures, major public lectures, launch events, seminars, graduation ceremonies and open days.

How can I get involved?
We are currently reviewing the support and application process for public events delivered by the Events and Ceremonies Team. Use the links below to explore our support.
How can I get my event advertised on the main events listing page?
- Upload your event details to T4
- At the bottom there is an option asking “Display event where” with a tick box that says “Local site and Central site” or “local site only”
- Click “local and central site”
- This then automatically puts your event into a holding zone on our T4 section
- We will then be able to approve your event to be listed in the upcoming events listings page: https://www.qmul.ac.uk/events/
