Campaign management

We are responsible for brand-level marketing of Queen Mary University of London and its educational programmes. This includes attraction and recruitment of UK and international students, including those from WP backgrounds.

Email marketing

The CRM, Campaigns and Conversion team are responsible for managing and delivering a number of consecutive campaigns for different target audiences through multiple channels, including email marketing. There are a number of ways we use email marketing to support colleagues. This includes:

Event communications

If you have an event, we can support you by providing an email template to help ensure all communication is within our brand guidelines. The team are responsible for leading on marketing of wider University-level campaigns (e.g. open days)

Communications plans

We can also support you with guidance in how best to create effective communications plans

Wider email campaigns

We often put together email campaigns (often alongside our paid advertising) in line with key recruitment dates and targets

Paid advertising

We work with media agency HunterLodge for our paid advertising campaigns. Campaigns range from brand level to event or subject-led.

If you would like to undertake paid advertising, we can help with guidance regarding the processes, ways of working, writing effective agency briefs and recommendations of paid media for direct approaches. We can also share details of current campaigns that are running, to ensure all paid activity works seamlessly together to support each other.
