We are here to help you engage and connect with the University's 5,700+ staff and 32,000+ students. Our team is the first point of contact for advice on strategy, planning and delivery for internal messaging, campaigns and activities.
What we do
The Internal Communications team helps colleagues and students stay informed and connected to the University’s work through clear, timely and relevant communication. We support two-way dialogue, including regular updates from senior leadership and engagement through our internal networks.
We work collaboratively with teams across the University to provide strategic advice, create tailored content, and help share Queen Mary’s priorities, values and impact.
We also manage key internal channels – including digital screens, newsletters, people profiles, the Queen Mary app, and the staff and student intranets – to make sure messages are clear, consistent, and reach the right audiences.
