Getting a Silktide account
Access to Silktide isn’t automatic and must be requested through the Web team. You should request access if you are responsible for updating or maintaining webpages on the Queen Mary website.
Requesting access
To request access, contact the Web team at websupport@qmul.ac.uk.
When making your request, please include details of the webpages or section of the website you manage. This will help the Web team ensure you are given access to the correct reports and dashboards.
Logging in to Silktide
Once access has been granted, you can log in to Silktide using your Queen Mary details.
