Newsletters

e-Bulletin (staff newsletter)

e-Bulletin is a newsletter sent to all colleagues on a weekly basis, usually on a Wednesday. It provides a summary of need-to-know information, activities and highlights from our community.

As this email goes out to more than 5,700+ colleagues, it is important to keep the content brief and relevant to a general staff audience. If you have a message for a specific School/Insitute or Faculty, please contact the appropriate Faculty Communications Manager

Submissions

If you would like to contribute content to e-Bulletin, please email internalcomms@qmul.ac.uk with your final copy by 12pm Friday the week before publication if it is to be included in the newsletter on the following Wednesday.

Digital Signage

Display screens

Digital displays are used across our campuses to promote University activities, events and successes. We help to manage content for 60+ display screens across our London campuses.

Requesting content on display screens

For display screen requests, please email us at internalcomms@qmul.ac.uk. Screens are updated twice a week, and requests should be submitted a minimum 10 working days in advance to ensure that your content can be scheduled.

We generally limit displays to be shown for a maximum of two weeks to help manage the volume of requests and to avoid viewer fatigue.

Creating content for display screens

Please read our guidelines and processes for creating your digital screen content. Templates are available

You will need to send your display to the Content and Brand team at content@qmul.ac.uk for checking against brand guidelines before we can schedule it.
